The regional development strategy (abbreviated as the regional development strategy) is the basic conceptual document of the region defined in Act No. 248/2000 Coll., on support for regional development. The Regional Development Strategy sets out the focus and objectives of the development of the Region, in particular with regard to the dynamic and balanced development of the Region and the individual parts of its territory, and establishes the basic conditions for the fulfilment of these objectives. The regional development strategy is prepared for the seven-year period 2021-27, which is the same as the European Union programming period.
The material defines specific regions within the Pardubice Region and defines ways of supporting them.
