Objective: Transport infrastructure that meets the needs, infrastructure for alternative engines and energy consumption vehicles and for the development of non-motorized transport in cities, towns and regions with a view to reducing emissions and climate impact to exist.
  • Provision of infrastructure for transport, solution of parking policy in connection with local conditions, development of infrastructure for active mobility, including connection to public transport and B + R (Bike and Ride) systems.
  • Development of local support infrastructure to provide fuels and propulsion for alternative propulsion units (eg support for charging stations for electric vehicles).
  • Solutions for logistics and transport of people and goods in regions/cities/municipalities, with regard to the government conditions.

Objective: Targeted communication with local people to allow the adoption of an attractive alternative in the field of mobility with minimal impact on the environment
  • Implementation of transport measures leading to reducing traffic in city centers and municipalities and in places where there is a high burden in relation to the quality of life of the population, support for public and non-motorized transport.
  • Awareness campaigns based on the developed strategy/concept of mobility and transport services in the city or municipality (incl. alternative modes of transport), continuous involvement of citizens in the strategic planning of the city/municipality.
  • Support for shared transport (carsharing, bikesharing) and fully occupied vehicles (carpooling).

Objective: Public space from the point of view of transport infrastructure and mobility to be addressed in the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (PUMM).
  • Support for the concept of “Cities of Short Distances” within PUMM (data are available for continuous renewal of infrastructure).
  • Installation of advanced public transport information systems.
  • Adaptation of the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan to smaller cities to reduce car transport in cities and the need of parking spaces in order to create public space for various purposes of public life.
  • Updating of the Concept of urban and active mobility (MaaS – Mobility as a Service) with guaranteed qualitative parameters.
