- Creation of a city innovative center, a local (micro-regional) consultant for innovation, an innovation broker MAS, or innovation hubs; strengthening the role and capacity of CzechInvest’s regional offices for the development of business infrastructure and for OneStopShop service for entrepreneurs for the development of innovative projects.
- Local business support on the basis of an elaborated strategy of citizens’ application in the place of residence and business support with the use of regional RIS3 strategies
- Creating ITI concepts with respect to SMART solution criteria.
- Support for coworking centers and the use of buildings and land owned by cities and municipalities to support small businesses, including the regeneration of small brownfields for start-ups.
- Support for small and private agriculture, local production and food consumption (yard sales).

- Cooperation of regions, cities and municipalities with universities and other academic workplaces on the creation of innovative solutions (eg research projects, regional hackathons for the public to solve local problems) with support from TA CR, CzechInvest and others bodies.
- Establishment and implementation of an agreement on cooperation between local governments and local companies (local / regional business / innovation council; possibility of implementation through the Technology Incubation project and CzechInvest events).
