Criteria for creatives
Get new clients from regional companies. Be part of a joint project that will improve the communication of brands, products and services in the Pardubice region. Register in the creator database. We will verify whether you meet the required qualifications with the submitted references and the period of practice.
You can become part of the database of creatives if:
– you are a physical or legal person.
– your registered office or establishment is in the Pardubice Region.
– you have at least 2 years of experience in the selected field.
– for each selected field you will provide 3 examples of finished work.
However, the possibility to win an order is not strictly tied to this creative voucher. Your presence in the database of creatives will even enable companies that are not granted the voucher to search and see your services.

Do I have to pay for signing up?
Registration and membership in the creative database is free if you meet the set conditions. All you have to do is fill in the application form.
What are the conditions for logging in to the creative database?
In order to log in to the database, you must fill in the application form HERE and at the same time meet the following conditions:
- You are a physical or legal person.
- Your registered office or establishment is in the Pardubice Region.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the selected field.
For each selected field you will provide 3 examples of finished work.
What are the benefits of being involved in the project?
Membership in the database gives you the opportunity to apply for lucrative contracts initiated by grant support on the part of companies from the region. A company that demands creatives can appeal to you and encourage you to cooperate. After preparing the project proposal, the company that approached you will submit an application for a creative voucher. If successful, you will agree on a contract together, implement the project, the company will pay you for the order and, based on the project documentation and payment of the invoice, it will be given a creative voucher.
However, the database can serve as a repository for companies outside the creative voucher project. Being in a database is simply worth it.
What if the company does not receive a voucher?
That can happen. In this case, you can wait with the project for the next round of creative vouchers and sign up again. However, we know from the experience of creative voucher providers in other regions that many companies will implement the project at their own expense even in such a situation.
